This BHP will work within a primary care setting to provide a range of services inclusive of crisis management, mental health assessment, counseling services, and coordination of care to patients receiving MAT services in an El Rio health primary care clinic.

This position collaborates with the MAT primary care providers and interdisciplinary medical team members in providing psychological support to patients receiving MAT services, while addressing physical health conditions/comorbidities that contribute patient’s overall health.

Master’s degree and state of Arizona independent license in Social Work or Counseling (LCSW, LPC,) from an accredited university. The license must be in good standing per the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
